THIS IS A DEMAND FOR IMMEDIATE POSSESSION OF THE 2 TRANSCRIPTS REFERENCED IN THE EARLIER COMMUNICATION TODAY.
Ms. Wilde told me 10 days to 2 weeks. That would have been on or before 6/23/2011. The previous transcripts I have requested from her in this same manner were produced in that similar time frame.
Ms. Wilde now has some excuse why she cannot produce the document in a timely fashion.
Based on that conversation, my perception of reality is that this is anther elaborate simulated litigation ruse… A furtherance of the original fraud and conspiracy. I have dealt with crooked courts enough to sense when some back door screwing is coming to me.
I need the transcripts for pleadings and responses, IMMEDIATELY.
No more excuses. No more Weasel suits. No More Lies
I WANT THE TRANSCRIPTS NOW… DON’T CARE WHAT EXCUSES YOU MAKE…
THEY ARE ALL JUST SOME PRETEXT TO UNJUSTLY SCREW ME BY THE RULES OR SOME OTHER LEGAL CHICANERY.
THIS SHOULD BE A CRIMINAL MATTER.
I WILL NOT BE SCREWED YET ANOTHER TIME BY THE COURTS, BECAUSE I WRONGFULLY TRUST ANYTHING ANY OF YOU SAY.

On or about June 8, 2011, the Sherburne Court granted my IFP request for 2 transcripts, one or about 12/29/2010 and the other on or about 1/9/11, for use in the appeal and related litigation.
On that same day I contact the two involved Court Reporters Brenda Wilde and Jennifer Sati.
Both indicated it would be a couple of weeks before they would have the transcripts in about 2 weeks.
When I recently called to inquire where they were, I got voicemail for both and left messages.
Today I listened to an incoming voice mail from Brenda Wilde, time stamped 5:39pm yesterday, indicating she would not have the transcript she was responsible for until July 18, 2011. And indicating she would be out of the office until July 8, 2011.By my calculations, 2 weeks from on or about June 8, 2011 would be June 22, 2011, certainly not July 18, 2011.
This appears to be a deliberate delay. 40 days to get a transcript?
This is unacceptable. I have pleadings and responses to prepare under deadline.
I respectfully request that I have said transcripts by the end of this week and move the Court to so order.
